About the Role

Type: Part-time or Full-time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Co-Founder/CTO to join BlackCube Labs and help develop a groundbreaking generative AI tool for creating high-quality visuals and videos using mathematical art and creative coding art. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of creative coding and generative art. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founder to build a prototype (evaluate feasibility), validate customer interest (desirability), and prepare for potential spin-off into a C-Corp with substantial equity and fundraising opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and architecture of the platform.
• Design and implement core features of the AI tool, including integration with P5JS and other creative coding environments.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.
• Collaborate with visual artists and creative coders to ensure the platform meets the needs of the creative community.
• Ensure the platform adheres to ethical AI principles, including consent, credit, compensation, and collaboration.
• Manage the technical team and oversee the development process.
• Prepare the platform for potential spin-off and fundraising efforts by demonstrating traction and interest.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, creative coding, and video/3D visual generation technologies.
